By registering for High IQ Mailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from High IQ Mailer, you may only register for one High IQ Mailer account.

You may not promote High IQ Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other mailers, traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting High IQ Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your High IQ Mailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using High IQ Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. High IQ Mailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to High IQ Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your High IQ Mailer account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*High IQ Mailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Payments & Refunds

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on High IQ Mailer are absolutely final and non refundable.

If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer normally within 48 hours.

Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances

Any payment Chargebacks and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network

Commissions are paid purely on a single level, you will receive said commission payments based on sales made only by those individuals whom you directly refer to High IQ Mailer.

As a FREE member if you do not login to your account for over 6 months your commission balance will be set to Zero

Any credits earned from surfing by those on up to 2 levels of surfing hold no monetary value and are purely a free benefit provided as part of your membership

Breeches of Our Terms

Any individual that chooses to breech our terms in any way and/or whom is reported for doing so shall have their account suspended pending a full investigation. In the case where it is found that said member has breeched the terms of High IQ Mailer, their account shall be deleted and they will be permanently banned from using this site and any of the connected services which it may provide, including but not limited to other sites within our network.

Mailing Rules

When joining High IQ Mailer you agree to receive a potentially unlimited number of emails all of which shall be from other members of High IQ Mailer. In return for receiving said emails you will have the facility to use our credit based mailer to send mail of your own to our other members.

It is absolutely prohibited to extract any individuals email addresses from any mails you receive for use on your own lists unless you have the express permission from the owner to do so.

Use of autoresponders is absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being suspended without question

Use Of Bots

The purpose of the service that we provide is such that you are expected to READ the mails which you receive.? Anyone found to be using any form of automation or bot software to farm credits shall be suspended, banned, permanently deleted and submitted for central ban across the LFM network

High IQ Mailer will not accept responsibility for any loss incurred through the use of our site, we provide a professional marketing service, where the emphasis is on yourself as our site members to use the facility we provide to attempt in most cases to achieve financial gain.

We can guarantee that should you refer members to us and they make a purchase, you will receive commission from those purchases which will be paid out upon reaching a balance of at least $10.

High IQ Mailer is not in any way responsible for the content of mails sent by our members and do not support or endorse any claims made in said emails.? When you take advantage of opportunities in said emails you do so at your own risk and will not hold High IQ Mailer in any way responsible should you incur any kind of loss or damage from registering with said services.

Delete your Data

If you do not agree to our Terms, simply go to your members page, select PROFILE and delete your account. This can be done at any time by yourself all data will be deleted from our system.
